Keep your Fruits and Vege fresh with Methylcyclo what!!!

Ahhhhhh the wonders of technological breakthroughs.

Sssssshhhh this might be controversial! Sit back and relax but don’t take a bite out of that “fresh fruit” in your hand yet.

Read first:

The “fresh fruits and vegetables” we buy from our favorite stores are safely handled and protected.

Do you know how much time it took for that fruit and vegetables to travel from the harvest field to the packing plant - storage warehouse - long bed trailer trip - store shelves to your table?

One day! Nah…

One week one month maybe even one year? You’re right!

That’s the beauty of high technological advances.

Our smart producers are able to preserve our favorite “fresh fruits and vege’s” from the time it was harvested till it reach our table for a good length of time.

With the use of technology they manage to keep them looking fresh and shiny even after all the packing, trips and storage for who knows how long…all within their control.

Isn’t that wonderful? Or is it!

Here’s the wonder treatment.

1-Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) is a cyclopropene derivative used as a synthetic plant growth regulator. It is structurally related to the natural plant hormone ethylene and it is used commercially to slow down the ripening of fruit and to help maintain the freshness of cut flowers.
Chemical properties
1-MCP is a cycloalkene with the molecular formula C4H6. It is a volatile gas at standard temperature and pressure with a boiling point of ~12 °C.

Mechanism of action

Ethylene exists as a gas and it acts at trace levels throughout the life of a plant by stimulating or regulating various processes such as the ripening of fruit, the opening of flowers, and the shedding of leaves. The mechanism of action of 1-MCP involves it tightly binding to the ethylene receptor in plants and thereby blocking the effects of ethylene.

Commercial use

There are two principal commercial uses of 1-MCP: maintaining the freshness of ornamental plants and flowers, and preventing the ripening of fruits. In each case, 1-MCP is combined with other materials for handling and then mixed with a specific amount of water or other solution to release it into the air. It is used in enclosed indoor sites, such as coolers, truck trailers, greenhouses, storage facilities, and shipping containers.

Under the brand name EthylBloc, 1-MCP was approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for use on ornamental crops. It is used with cut flowers, potted flowers, and bedding, nursery and foliage plants to prevent premature wilting, leaf yellowing, premature opening, and premature death.
1-MCP was sold by Essara Arete to a company who branded it SmartFresh, 1-MCP is used in the agriculture industry by growers, packers, and shippers to maintain the quality of fruits and vegetables by preventing or delaying the natural ripening process. The use of 1-MCP in agricultural products including apples, kiwifruit, tomatoes, bananas, plums, persimmons, avacados and melons has been approved and accepted for use in more than 34 countries including the European Union and the United States. Although there are benefits to the consumer including fresher produce and lower cost, there is some concern that consumers may be purchasing fruit that is older than expected.

1-MCP is also being developed as a new crop protection technique. By spraying 1-MCP on growing field crops during times of stress, the crops may be protected from moderate heat and drought conditions.

Thanks to the Info source Wikipedia.

This is sort of like keeping stuff in a time capsule.

I don’t know about you but I’m curious to know if this is going to protect or rob the vitamins, nutrients, and enzymes that we desperately need.

This is fairly new it was only approved for use in 2006 so unfortunately, there’s not much study made about it.

Maybe in the next ten years we’ll find out. Just as the experts did with other harmful chemicals they now found in the plastics that we use.

For the meantime as long as they look good, taste good…will you eat them?

Hmmmm, Not me. I’ll just stick with my Fitline Bioplus.

Safe and Legal Performance Enhancing Supplement

Winter Olympics 2010 Opening!

We’ve heard them all, elite athletes who’ve been suspended or banned for the illegal use of performance enhancing drugs. These are naturally-gifted, dedicated, disciplined and highly focused sportsmen and women who wanted to have that extra edge that would give them that hairline advantage to win the coveted prize- gold.

Aiming for the Gold

In the quest for that elusive gold medal, many have resorted to the use of banned substances specifically anabolic steroids, human growth hormone (HGH), erythropoietin (EPO), beta-blockers, stimulants or diuretics.

In the 1970s and 1980s, East German Olympic swimmers and many other top level athletes relied on androstenedione, a form of anabolic steroids. In 1998, one of the teams participating in the cycling classic Tour de France was disqualified for allegedly using erythropoietin (EPO). In 1999, 100-meter dash Olympic gold medal winner Linford Christie tested positive to nandrolone, another form of anabolic steroid.

Winning at All Cost

For the winning cheats, victory may come with a hefty cost- long term health. Medical experts advice athletes “not to play with hormones, they are not as harmless as we might think.”

Anabolic steroids which are hormones are used by athletes due to their ability to increase muscle size and strength. The physical and psychological side effects and/or adverse reactions particularly after chronic intake are terrifying. The psychological drawback includes confusion, sleeping problems, anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies, paranoia, hallucinations, aggressiveness, mood changes and acute psychosis.

Anabolic steroids may also cause high blood pressure, acne, liver problems, kidney/heart failure, decreases glucose tolerance, increases insulin resistance, menstrual irregularities, impotence, decrease in sperm count, susceptibility to infection (low immune function), etc. Other illegal performance enhancing drugs have their own share of adverse effects. High levels of EPO for example may result in too many red blood cells leading to increase risk in blood clotting, heart attack and stroke.

Safe and Legal Alternative

Unknown to many, there is a better way to win medals without the threat of being branded a cheat or suffering from the dangerous adverse effects of performance enhancing drugs. Fortunately, with the advent of technology we now have performance enhancing super foods that is pure natural and safe.

On top of the list are world class nutritional formulations that are now being used by many elite athletes in Europe.

Check the Athletes who are endorsing this supplements --- Fitline Team!

What makes these nutritional supplements unique?

These revolutionary health products have utilized nanotechnology in the manufacturing process.

What does it mean?

Simply that the absorbability of the nutrients in these formulations are greatly increased, sometimes even up to 10 times.

Nutrient Transport Concept (NTC)

Through this unique cellular delivery concept called NTC, developed by scientists under the leadership of Dr. Gerhard Schmitt, breakthrough nutritional formulae popularly known as FitLine products have helped in the making of sports stars. Good example would be PZLA – Polands Track and Field Athletic Association one of the first beneficiaries of this technologically advance formula.

FitLine is for Every Genuine Health Seeker

This concept ensures that various food nutrients reach the cells where they are needed. In short, you get optimum nutrition and nothing is wasted. Which make these nutritional formulations ideal for anyone particular about health and wellness.

Why so?

Because as we age, our gut absorption rate decreases but our need for food nutrients remains the same. We therefore need to compensate for this loss of absorption capacity by taking highly absorbable foods.

With nanotechnology to the rescue, we can now take these specialized FitLine products that specifically have carriers (micelles), transporting the various essential food nutrients into the cells. A study revealed that majority of adults (25 years old and above) have a poor (at least 50%) food absorption rate. Which means that most of us are only absorbing half of what we eat, losing the other half to waste. No wonder many of us feel tired even before the day is over. The cause is malnourishment, eating well and yet not getting enough nutrients due to poor absorption.

Nano Micellized technology is the Future of Nutritional Medicine

Time and time again, elite athletes have taken advantage of the cutting edge in nutritional medicine- nanotechnology. By taking the FitLine formulations, they have legally outscored and outsmarted their competitors safely and legally, through these performance enhancing breakthrough preparations.

You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from the highly absorbable, nanotechnology-derived FitLine health formulations. These patented products have been instrumental in the prevention of chronic diseases and in improving organ-system function. If you or anyone you know who is tired of pharmaceutical drugs and is looking for safe and effective way of growing old gracefully, we have the answer- nanothechnology-derived nutritional formulations.

Coenzyme Q-10 Defy aging naturally!

Nature’s arsenal that suppresses undesirable aging.

Co-enzyme Q10 (for those readers that are curious whether this stuff really exist, Q-10 is for real. It’s also known as ubiquinone, ubidecarenone, coenzyme Q, and abbreviated at times to Co-Q-10 pronounced like "ko-cue-ten" was first discovered in 1957.

Co-Q, Q-10, or simply Q) is a 1,4-benzoquinone, where Q refers to the quinone chemical group, and 10 refers to the number of isoprenyl chemical subunits. There you go. That’s scientific thingy if you really wanna’ know.

Virtually every cell in the human body contains coenzyme Q10.

This oil-soluble substance primarily synthesized in the body and is present in most eukaryotic cells (the tiny units of life that makes up our body).

It is required for mitochondrial (the powerhouse or energy producing structures of every cell in the body) ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate - an important compound for the storage of energy in cells) synthesis.

Think about breaking down your entire body system into tiny bits of pieces until it is no longer visible with your naked eye.

So Science established that our body essentially requires CO-Q-10 for optimal performance.

No wonder why our energy drops when we starved.

What does it do?

CO-Q-10 is essential in our body functions for energy production and storage. All activities that a human body does will require energy, even sleeping.

It is a component of the electron transport chain and participates in aerobic cellular respiration, generating energy in the form of ATP. Ninety-five percent (that’s 95%) of the human body’s energy is generated this way. Also more than 95 percent of the oxygen we breathe is used solely for the purpose of making energy through this process of burning the organic substances.

Therefore, those organs with the highest energy requirements—such as the heart and the liver—have the highest CoQ10 concentrations.

Can you imagine if those organs won’t have enough required concentrations in order to function well?

There are approximately 100 trillion cells in the human body and each must produce its own energy to carry out its functions. The cells produce energy primarily by burning fats and carbohydrates. This burning or oxidation process occurs as a result of oxygen combining with enzymes and minerals that aids in the breakdown to produce carbon dioxide and water. The energy produced by these chemical reactions is converted to chemical energy in the form of ATP molecules. These ATP molecules are available to supply energy to the various chemical reactions necessary for life.

Food sources of Co-Q-10 enzymes.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is naturally present in foods, and can be synthesized by the body from the amino acid tyrosine during a multistage (17 stages) process requiring eight vitamins and several trace elements.

Base on the tabs shown above we may or may not meet the required amount that our body needs (depending on our activities), so it will be beneficial to take daily supplement with especially formulated preparations such as Fitlines Q-10 Plus daily powerfill.

Click on the image and I'll show you where to find this only high potency fast absorb Q-10 plus that is not available in any outlets or upscale health stores.

One of the best-known effects of this compound is its antioxidant qualities as well as the control it exercises on the flow of oxygen within cells. It is essential in cardiovascular functioning, the production of energy, it’s assistance with absorption of other nutrients as well as immune boosting properties.

What are the benefits of Co-Q-10 in the body?

Coenzyme Q10 for a healthy heart
Coenzyme Q-10, is an important nutrient. Two of its primary uses are for those who are taking prescriptions such as high cholesterol pills (the statin drugs in particular).

Certain lipid-lowering drugs, such as the 'statins' - lovastatin, simvastatin, pravastatin - and gemfibrozil as well as oral agents which lower blood sugar, such as tolazamide and glyburide, which is known to cause a decrease in serum levels of Coenzyme Q10 and reduce the effects of Coenzyme Q10 supplementation.

These drugs inhibit the production of Coenzyme Q10 by the liver and will cause serious complications unless one supplements Coenzyme Q10 back into the diet.

Some doctors recommends that a prescription for lipid-lowering statin drugs should always be accompanied with a recommendation to take Coenzyme Q10, because if a person is deficient in Coenzyme Q10, heart failure is more likely. While other doctors are totally opposed to the use of Statins at all.

Beta-blockers (drugs which slow the heart rate and lower blood pressure) may also inhibit Coenzyme Q10-dependent enzyme reactions.

The second major use of Coenzyme Q10 would be in the case of congestive heart failure, where it is particularly effective although there is no establish literature/study that can prove this claims, personal anecdotal claims have been shared. Its importance to the human heart is illustrated by the fact that the heart may cease to function well as Coenzyme Q10 levels fall by 75%.

In congestive heart failure, the heart cannot pump efficiently, which slows the flow of blood to the lungs and the rest of the body.

The heart can temporarily maintain the blood in several ways. It can enlarge to pump extra blood; it can beat faster; or the ventricular walls can become thicker, which can strengthen the pumping ability.

So how does Coenzyme Q10 work related to abnormal heart conditions?
To better understand this, we need to go back to understanding the ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
ATP, as mentioned earlier in this article, plays a role of converting and storing energy into the cells of our body. It is the source of energy for many of your body’s biochemical processes and represents the reserve energy in your muscles (including muscles of the heart).
Your heart for example, being a muscle which is continually in motion, needs a constant supply of ATP.

This is where the importance of Coenzyme Q10 comes into play: ATP cannot be produced without Coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is the catalyst for the creation of ATP. This means that Coenzyme Q10 plays a vital role in the inner workings of your body and, for obvious reasons, the highest concentration is found in the heart.

What happens when the body is depleted?

Deficiency
Although no apparent Coenzyme Q10 deficiency symptoms have been reported in the general population, it is generally assumed that normal biosynthesis and a varied diet provides sufficient Coenzyme Q10 for healthy individuals.
It has been estimated that dietary consumption contributes about 25% of plasma Coenzyme Q10, but there are currently no specific dietary intake recommendations for Coenzyme Q10 from the Food and Nutrition Board or other agencies. The extent to which dietary consumption contributes to tissue Coenzyme Q10 levels is not clear yet.
The deficiency may be hard to quantify because diagnostics studies do not verify levels of Coenzyme Q-10.
Why?
Perhaps, little attention is given to this compound that would warrant inclusion to basic diagnostic evaluation test.
Just as there are different levels of skepticism in the use of C-reactive protein test as a valuable tool to detect inflammation that could trigger heart attack, the medical community is still debating the significance of the test and remain cautious in utilizing this parameter to this day.
Despite numerous studies proving that inflammation plays a big role in cause of heart attack.
It won’t be surprising that Q-10 deficiency will not be included in the doctors order of laboratory values test.
Have you heard of anyone going through a test of Q10 levels?
Go ask your doctor…they’ll ask you back --- for what?
Aging
According to the free radical and mitochondrial theories of aging, oxidative damage of cell structures by reactive oxygen species (ROS) plays an important role in the functional declines that accompany aging. ROS are generated by mitochondria as a byproduct of ATP production.
If not neutralized by antioxidants, ROS may damage mitochondria over time, causing them to function less efficiently and to generate more damaging ROS in a self-perpetuating cycle.
Coenzyme Q10 plays an important role in mitochondrial ATP synthesis and functions as an antioxidant in mitochondrial membranes. Moreover, tissue levels of Coenzyme Q10 have been reported to decline with age.
One of the hallmarks of aging is a decline in energy metabolism in many tissues, especially liver, heart, and skeletal muscle. It has been proposed that age-associated declines in tissue Coenzyme Q10levels may play a role in this decline. In recent studies, lifelong dietary supplementation with Coenzyme Q10 did not increase the life spans of rats or mice; however, one study showed that Coenzyme Q10supplementation attenuates the age-related increase in DNA damage.

Presently, because of limited studies available there is no reported scientific evidence that proves Coenzyme Q10 supplementation prolongs life or prevents age-related functional declines in humans.

However, if we look closely at how accelerated aging process occurs, mainly with the degenerative, regenerative, rejuvenation concept that takes place in the cellular levels of our body in a 24 hour cycle of work-eat-rest/relax/sleep.
It doesn’t take much to understand that Coenzyme-Q-10 is indeed beneficial in slowing down the aging process. The natural source and daily dose of supplementation can provide our cellular body with enough energy to rebuild (regenerate and rejuvenate) newly energized fully functioning cells.
By natural source or supplemental intake it will provide our cellular body with enough energy to rebuild (regenerate and rejuvenate), newly energized fully functioning cells.
Just as our car needs a regular tune up to maintain smooth performance our body requires even more delicate balance.
Ask a mechanic what happens if you replace your old spark plugs with another old worn out spark plugs. I bet he’ll tell you (if he doesn’t think in his mind that you are crazy), your car will probably run but will definitely be sluggish in performance.

Yet, this is exactly what happens when we continue to replenish our diets with processed foods that are rigged with preservatives and other chemicals that preserves the flavor and aesthetic look of the food.
There are technological breakthroughs that are beneficial just as there are advances that are progressively harmful. How to know which one is beneficial takes enormous amount of researched.
If you care about what you consume in your diet you really want to know where to find these products. Unfortunately, they are not available in our favorite supermarkets or even upscale health food stores.

Underarm Odor Ultimate Solution!

Kill the germs kill the odor! It's that simple.

I've shared about my long time struggle with my daughter's embarrassing and offensive armpit odor which started since she was 8 years old - almost 3 years ago.

We've gone through different means, even her pediatrician thought that it was something that can be treated with regular bathing and use of deodorant. I also learned - through research - that this condition is common in children ranging from 4-12 years of age. It's not normal but not uncommon.

Relieved. So I thought no big deal!

Still I continue with my quest to find a solution --- which I religiously followed down to the T --- with no success.

Recently I wrote about what I've found to be another home remedy discovered by a person who suffers from underarm odor for years. She claims that despite her extensive measures of daily bathing and use of numerous brands of deodorant that provides temporary relief, nothing work until she tried - out of desperation - Listerine Mouth Wash.

So I tried it on my foot (I'm embarrass to admit that I have foot odor problem) and it got rid of the smell.

Then I tried it on my daughter's underarm. It worked like a charm for few days so I excitedly wrote about it. Unfortunately, after about 5 days of doing the morning routine, we're back to square one. We even tried it twice a day. No good results either. We continue on for another week but still, the odor is there.

Back to my quest.

What I found out this time around - since I've ventured in depth into finding out similar issues and solutions that are brought to medical experts attention - is that there is a simple (often neglected cause), that makes more sense.

Most of us have --- what we call in medical terms --- a normal flora of bacteria in all expose areas of our body. These are supposedly harmless normally residing organisms. However, if they thrive in abnormally higher number, may trigger some unwanted effects. Such as causing offensive odor, especially in dark and moist areas. Hmmmm...

So I figure disinfecting the area makes more sense.

Because of my years of experience in the medical field, I decided to try a routine that we always use when preparing for a procedure. Thorough skin cleansing using antiseptic/antimicrobial solutions. I happen to have one. They are inexpensive and are available over the counter.

So that's exactly what I did.

With a facial cleanser pad, I poured into it a small amount, cleanse the area just as I would prepare at work. I then rinse it with water.

Normally, after bathing or cleaning the armpit is odorless. As the day goes , the smell increasingly becomes embarrassing.

The first time I use the method of skin cleansing, my daughter came home from school odor free. Just like the first time we tried the Listerine.

Then we continue and this time it's been about a week, we even tried without bathing, no odor after the entire day of running around.

I'm confident that this problem is solve for good!

For parents with child or even adults who have issues of body odor. This is a safe and inexpensive remedy to try.

I will blog for updates and changes if there are any in the coming days.

I hope this information will help someone out there.

Good luck.

Fats forward today Feb. 20, 2010 --- Good results. The odor is completely gone. Since my daughter is on winter break, she didn't take a bath for 2 days (ssshhh don't let her know I said this) I didn't smell any odor.

I must say with great confidence ---- this method works!

Good luck to all.

Kick the habit of Smoking for Good!

Most smokers sincerely want to quit.  I know I did, and was desperate, matter of fact in a span of 6 years I made several attempts to quit. I began the struggle at 18 years old. Nicotine patch in those days are not available.

I began smoking at the age of 12 and quickly got hooked without the knowledge of my parents. At age 16 I was capable of puffing out 2 packs a day. It was not a very expensive habit back then because I can get some of it for free.

At that age I was behaving like a normal teenager. I engage in many sports activities.
Despite my engagement in active sports that didn’t stop me from getting addicted to nicotine.

As I increase my daily sticks I slowly realized that it was affecting my health at that time.

But I didn’t care much because I was too young to worry and was surrounded by smokers. Reality struck me when I started my first job as a RN in the hospital. There I witnessed chronic smoker who suffered from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) who struggled to survive. They look like a fish out of the water, gasping for air. That’s when I decided that I didn’t want to end up like them, I was 18 then.

During my first attempt to quit, I thought it was something that I can accomplish overnight or maybe few weeks.

But I was wrong. The first day I attempted to kick the habit, it went to an entire day of craving. With lots of activities to keep me busy and distracted from grabbing another stick. The after meal craving was incredibly difficult.

That’s when I realized that smoking was not just a habit, it was an addiction. I’ve tried several ways to quit but I end up longing, craving, lusting. I was emotionally deprived of a companion in between my two fingers.

Deprive of a best friend who is a very good listener to a one way conversation. Physical symptoms of withdrawal like nausea and vomiting began to taunt me.

I felt defeated and thought that I could never give this bad addiction up.

I was married to my wife who hates the smell of cigarette. It was a sad situation I made her believed that I quit smoking when in fact I would hide my cigarettes in the garage and sneak out to take my pleasure.

When I go back inside I will have to change my clothes and clean my mouth thoroughly, though I suspect that she was aware of my struggle. Until one day she told me that my mouth smells like an ash tray. I felt very offended but I took it as constructive and decided that day I will drop the habit cold turkey.

That was 1996 and I’ve been smoke free since.

What made that decision successful and not as hard as when I started? The motivation to earn the respect of my wife and I fought the battle in my mind. Of course with a lot, and I mean a lot of prayers.

Nobody can really force a smoker to quit.  It's something a person has to decide for him/herself, and will require a personal commitment from the smoker.

What kind of smoker are you?

What do you get out of smoking?

What does it do for you?

It is important to identify why you smoke and what kind of satisfaction you are getting from smoking.
Many smokers use cigarette as a kind of counsel who listens attentively in moments of stress or discomfort.
You inhale the smoke deep into your lungs like the air you breathed and look at it as you puff it out off the thin air. The smoke vanished and then you create some more. You feel in control while having a great conversation in your thoughts. I think that was a priceless experience that hooked me.
On some occasions it may work as a drug; I know I take cigarettes as a tranquilizer, to numb myself from all the struggles I’ve had with my growing pains.

When it comes to quitting, a smoker may find it easy to stop when everything is going well, but may be tempted to snowball back into habit when face with stressful events in life.

I’ve had those bouts of struggle. I made sure that whenever I’m in those situations, I made a conscious effort keep a conversation with people who doesn’t smoke.

The battle is fought in the mind. Keep your mindset determined to overcome the addiction, your most effective tool.

Once a smoker understands that desires can be controlled from thoughts, the mind control exercise will be the most powerful tool to suppress craving.

Because smoking is a form of addiction, 80 percent of smokers who quit usually experience some withdrawal symptoms.  These may include headache, light-headedness, nausea, diarrhea, and chest pains.  Psychological symptoms, such as anxiety, short-term depression, and inability to concentrate, may also appear.  The main psychological symptom is increased irritability.  People become irritable that they become hostile and argumentative in periods of withdrawal.

During this period insomnia is also very common.

Some people seem to lose all their energy and desires for activity. Their energy level drops to a point that they exhibit the symptoms of Narcolepsy.

Others may react exactly the opposite way, becoming so over energized they can't find enough activity to burn off their excess energy.  For instance, one woman said she cleaned out all her closets completely and was ready to go next door to start on her neighbor's.  Both these extremes, however, eventually level off.  The symptoms may be intense for two or three days, but within 10 to 14 days after quitting, most subside.  The truth is that after people quit smoking, they have more energy they generally will need less sleep, and feel better about themselves.

It is very important to understand that these withdrawal symptoms will be there but you have to pursue your goal of defeating this addiction.

The craving for Nicotine will linger for awhile. Make sure you keep your diets healthy, take vitamin supplements regularly. You've been depleted with these elements over the years of smoking.
Exercise and enough rest will sustain the fight to overcome the addiction.
Reward yourself. At the end of the week treat yourself with a pat in the back for overcoming the temptation for the week.

In any from of addiction no one else should be in control but yourself. Like a horse, you can only force them to walk into the watering hole, but you can't force them to drink.

It's all about will power to succeed and overcome. Visualize a very good outcome when you are finally clean and smoke free.

Quitting smoking not only extends the ex-smoker's life, but adds new happiness and meaning to one's current life.  Most smokers state that immediately after they quit smoking, they start noticing dramatic differences in their overall health and vitality.

Quitting is beneficial at any age, no matter how long a person has been smoking.  The mortality ratio of ex-smoker decreases after quitting.  If a person quits before a serious disease has developed, his/her body may eventually be able to restore itself almost completely.
Not mention the amount of money you save after quitting. $ 5-8/pack a day is a lot of money at the end of the year.

Back in 1996 when a pack of Marlboro –my brand- was $ 2.79 a pack a day x 365 (1 year). I was able to keep enough money to bid at an auction for an old Chevy Truck that I’ve used to work for 3 years and still able to resell it for $800.00 when I was ready for a brand new car.

Good news for smokers is that the US government finally realized that it cost more to treat the devastating effects of smoking than to prevent so they set aside a budget to help smokers quit.

If you are from NY State there is a quit smoking campaign where free medical management are offered in government run and not for profit owned clinics.

If you need help quitting please get in touch with your Doctor or any health care provider that you can get in touch with. Better yet get in touch with me.
